Welcome to the 10th South-East Essex Boys Brigade Company website. We are part of the youth activities at Leigh Beck Baptist Church and meet on a Monday evening during school term times. The evenings vary week by week depending on the time of year, with various games, some physical and some brain taxing, we also read bible stories and include activities like eating pancakes before lent.

The Boys' Brigade was founded in Glasgow on 4th October 1883 by Sir William Alexander Smith. From this one Company formed in Scotland the BB has grown in to a world wide movement having worked with millions of children and young people for well over a century.
